For the North Atlantic Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:Active Systems:The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on TropicalStorm Gabrielle, located over the central subtropical Atlantic.Eastern and Central Tropical Atlantic:A tropical wave over the eastern Atlantic is producing disorganizedshower and T-Storm activity well west-southwest of the CaboVerde Islands. Although development is unlikely during the nextcouple of days, environmental conditions should gradually becomemore favorable for slow development of this disturbance by themiddle to latter part of this week while it moves west-northwestwardto northwestward across the central Atlantic.* Formation chance through 48 hours low near 0 percent.* Formation chance through 7 days low 30 percent.Forecaster Kelly
