Osage.  <\/p>\n<p>WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. WHERE A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following   county, Osage. WHEN Until 7 AM  Monday. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,   creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS    &#8211; Slow-moving storms over portions of Osage county are dropping     heavy rainfall, and additional rounds of heavy rain producing     storms are expected through early Monday morning.
