IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Slow-moving storms over portions of Osage county are dropping heavy rainfall, and additional rounds of heavy rain producing storms are expected through early Monday morning.
