For the North Atlantic Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:Tropical Atlantic:Showers and T-Storms associated with a tropical wave locatedover the eastern tropical Atlantic several hundred mileswest-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands have started to consolidateand become slightly better organized. Environmental conditions areconducive for development of this system during the next severaldays, and a tropical depression is likely to form late this week orthis weekend over central tropical Atlantic while moving slowlytoward the west-northwest at 5 to 10 mph.
