WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. WHERE Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Mayes, Nowata, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. WHEN From 4 PM this afternoon through Tuesday morning. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
