WHAT Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. WHERE Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Beckham, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Custer, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Grant, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens, Tillman and Washita and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger. WHEN From 4 PM this afternoon through Tuesday morning. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS – Widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected, with locally higher amounts of 4 inches are possible. – www.weather.gov/safety/flood
